Welcome to Bulkify.co.uk! Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using our website. By accessing or using our site, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our site.
1. Delivery
1.1. Currently, we do not ship to the EU, Northern Ireland, Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, the Isle of Man, or other British islands.
1.2. We strive to provide next-day delivery for your convenience. However, please note that next-day delivery is not guaranteed. Factors such as courier delays, unexpected events, machine or IT breakdowns, or items going out of stock before your order arrives at our warehouse could affect the delivery time. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and accept these potential delays.
1.3. Orders placed before 3pm GMT Monday to Thursday are typically delivered the next working day. Orders placed after 3pm GMT on Thursday will be delivered on Monday. Orders placed after 5pm on Friday will be delivered on Tuesday. For orders consisting of more than five boxes, please be aware that there may be an additional one-day delay in processing and delivery.
1.4. Delivery dates are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by third parties or unforeseen events.
1.5. Goods pass to you upon full payment, including taxes and delivery costs. We reserve the right to repossess goods if payment is not made.
1.6. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate. Providing incorrect address details may result in items being delivered to the wrong location, which could lead to the loss of the order's value. Bulkify is not liable for any losses resulting from incorrect address information and will not accept refund requests under such circumstances. Please ensure you enter the correct address at the time of placing your order. If you realise a mistake has been made, contact us as soon as possible to rectify the issue.
1.7. Any delivery or redelivery charges resulting from errors made by the customer must be paid by the customer. We reserve the right to return the item and deduct the delivery and collection fees from the original payment, along with a £10 administration fee. The remaining amount will be refunded to the customer's original payment account.
1.8. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the specified address. Please arrange for your order to be delivered to a location where someone will be present. Packages are typically delivered on the next working day after payment is received.
1.9. All our services include tracking. If you contact us, we will be happy to provide you with the tracking details for your parcel.
2. Shipping Costs
2.1. Delivery for orders under £100 (excluding VAT) is £7.99 plus VAT.
2.2. Standard shipping is free for orders over £100.00 (excluding VAT) to mainland UK.
2.3. Free delivery applies only to mainland UK and does not extend to Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Southern Ireland, Isle of Man, or other offshore islands.
3. Stock and Availability
3.1. Occasionally, items may be out of stock due to high demand. If this occurs, we will notify you via email within 24 business hours. Please respond to this email if you have a time constraint, or contact us before placing your order to confirm stock availability.
4. Order Cancellation and Modification
4.1. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately. If an order is already being processed or packed, cancellation may not be possible.
4.2. We are unable to modify orders once placed. If you need to make changes, please contact us to cancel the original order and place a new one.
4.3. We are unable to amend your order or delivery once it has been picked and processed for dispatch. In some circumstances, we may be able to modify your order or arrange delivery to an alternative location. Any charges incurred after the order has been dispatched due to an error on your part will be your responsibility to pay.
5. Returns and Refunds
5.1. You may return unwanted products if they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Goods must be returned in full pack quantities. We cannot offer any refunds if the pack is incomplete, the box is damaged, or if the item is not in re-saleable condition.
Bulkify will cover the cost of return if the products are faulty or misdescribed. In all other circumstances (including when you are exercising your right to change your mind), you are responsible for the initial delivery fee plus the return costs. The cost of collection for Mainland UK is £9.99 + VAT.
5.2. If an item is defective, please notify us immediately upon receipt. Sign for the delivery as damaged if applicable. Failure to notify us or signing as unchecked will forfeit your right to a refund or replacement.
5.3. Goods returned with identified defects will be inspected, and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 4-7 working days.
5.4. If no defect is found, the initial delivery fee, returning delivery cost, and a £10 warehouse admission fee will be deducted from your refund. The remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
5.5. All returns are the customer’s responsibility, including the cost of returning incorrectly ordered goods.
5.6. We are unable to refund carriage charges once the goods have been dispatched, as costs are incurred at that point.
5.7. Items being returned must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Goods must be returned in full pack quantities; we cannot provide refunds for partially returned packs.
5.8. When returning an item independently, please ensure you obtain a receipt from the delivery service. It is your responsibility to notify us once the item has been sent and to provide us with the tracking number as soon as possible. If the tracking number is lost or not provided, and the item is lost during return transit, we cannot accept any responsibility and no refund will be issued. Therefore, we strongly recommend booking collection through us.
5.9. We are unable to amend your order or delivery once it has been picked and processed for dispatch.
6. Liability
6.1. We are not liable for any loss of profits, indirect, or consequential damages arising from defects in goods. Our liability is limited to the value of the defective goods.
6.2. Our liability does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
7. Product Information
7.1. Product photos on our website are for illustrative purposes only and may not exactly match the actual product due to variations in screen settings and reproduction limitations.
8. Pricing and Orders
8.1. Prices are as listed on the website at the time of order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if there is a pricing error even once the order is placed.
8.2. Confirmation of receipt of your order does not constitute acceptance. A contract is formed when we dispatch the goods.
9. Payment
9.1. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and cheques (which must clear before goods are dispatched).
10. Discounts and Vouchers
10.1. To use discount codes, customers must be registered on our website. We reserve the right to refuse or withdraw discounts at any time.
11. Discounts and Invitations
11.1. At Bulkify, we may offer or extend invitations to selected parties and offer additional discounts, access or perks at our discretion. Such invitations, access and offers are subject to our internal decisions and do not confer any rights to future discounts or perks. Bulkify reserves the right to modify or withdraw these offers, including discount codes and benefits, at any time and without prior notice.
12. Warranties and Disclaimers
12.1. Our site and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, and we are not responsible for viruses or other harmful components.
13. Governing Law
13.1. These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes will be decided by English courts.
13.2. Claims must be made within one year of the cause of action arising. Failure to enforce any term does not waive our right to enforce it in the future.
