Why isn't Bulkify open to the public?

How do I returnfor refund?

Please contact us using the form below and provide the following details, especially the last two:

  1. Your order number
  2. The item name
  3. The issue you are experiencing
  4. Photos of the faulty or damaged item
  5. A photo of the courier label on the box

You may return unwanted products if they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Goods must be returned in full pack quantities. We cannot offer any refunds if the pack is incomplete, the box is damaged, or if the item is not in re-saleable condition.
Bulkify will cover the cost of return if the products are faulty or misdescribed. In all other circumstances (including when you are exercising your right to change your mind), you are responsible for the initial delivery fee plus the return costs. The cost of collection for Mainland UK is £9.99 + VAT.

Some items are not delivered

If your order status is "dispatched" and not "partially shipped", wait for few more hours.

Sometimes the courier's vans get full and they deliver items with different drivers, please wait until 18:00 and if you do not received the remaining contact us immediately below.

How do I cancel my order?

Please send contact us via the form below immediately.

Please note we cannot issue full refund once the order is despatched, if you changed your mind and your order is despatched the delivery and return fee of £15 will be deducted from your refund.

How to get VAT invoice?

Bulkify is a trading name under Shopler Ltd, a registered company (no. 10724284). If your account is not a guest account, you can access all your previous invoices within your account. You can also contact us via this form to request a VAT invoice if you haven’t received it automatically.
